Morning: Focus
My mornings typically start early. I make it a point to catch up on emails before leaving home, which helps me prioritise and address critical tasks without delay. Throughout the day, I am actively engaged with our customers, especially during the first half, as we have a few hours of overlap with our offshore client delivery teams. I work across the entire client lifecycle from supporting business development and shaping proposals to overseeing delivery and driving ongoing engagement and expansion. Being embedded in every stage of the journey means I’m closely aligned with both client expectations and our internal capabilities. I make it a priority to ensure we commit only to what we can deliver.

Lunch
Most days, lunch is a quick affair at my desk, what I like to call “on-the-job” dining. I typically use this time to take notes from my morning calls and organise my thoughts. However, Fridays are different. As a team, we make it a point to step out together for lunch. It’s a tradition we all look forward to, an hour carved out and dedicated to relaxing, connecting, and recharging over some great food.

Afternoon: Alignment and Action
The second half of my day typically involves fewer client calls and shifts toward stakeholder meetings and internal discussions within the region. This time allows me to
focus on individual tasks such as planning, strategy, customer delivery, process design, operational controls, and strategic initiatives, all while maintaining a strong feedback loop with my team. As our offshore teams manage core operations, I remain closely connected and step in when needed to uphold quality standards. I also collaborate with our teams in Australia and Singapore, aligning across time zones to keep momentum going. Before wrapping up for the day, I ensure that all critical tasks I have flagged are completed and use mailbox tools to stay focused, set reminders and maintain a reliable follow-up system. In a role where precision and consistency matter, I stay focused on consistently delivering the high standards our customers expect.
