Morning: Preparing, collaborating, and aligning for client success
My day usually begins early, connecting with colleagues in Australia from our Sales and Professional Services teams. Mornings often revolve around preparing for client meetings, reviewing RFPs, tailoring product demos, or aligning internally on presales strategy. It is also a time to collaborate and ensure we are presenting solutions that reflect the challenges and opportunities our clients face.

Lunch
Our Singapore office is just across from Lau Pa Sat, one of the city’s most famous food destinations, with everything from local hawker classics to Michelin-mentioned stalls. Lunch is usually a team affair, giving me the chance to connect with colleagues from other departments. That spirit of collaboration is one of the things I value most about our office. It is easy to share ideas and learn from each other, even outside of project work. On quieter days, I sometimes use this time to review materials or catch up on emails.

Afternoon: Engaging clients and continuous learning
The latter part of the day is focused on client-facing activities such as presales presentations, responding to queries, and working with Professional Services, Product Management, and Technology Services to make sure our delivery matches what we promise. I also spend time on competitor research and self-learning, keeping an eye on industry shifts and preparing for tomorrow’s meetings. With financial services evolving so quickly, every afternoon feels like a chance to learn something new and be part of shaping how clients respond to change. That sense of constant growth is why I look forward to what is ahead.
