• Jane Christopher, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience in the technology sector, with proven expertise in shaping global talent strategies, driving organisational development, and leading transformative culture initiatives.
• Thomas Steinborn, Chief Product Officer (CPO) – offers more than 20 years of product management experience, specialising in product innovation and customer-centric design. He is passionate about empowering customers on their data journey through AI/ML and advanced observability, delivering clarity and actionable insights for financial data.

Jane Christopher, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), is a highly experienced HR professional who will lead the company’s HR function, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and scaling a high-performance culture. Jane has an impressive track record, having held multiple leadership roles at Citrix, including Sr Director of HR Business Partnering for EMEA and APJ. Earlier in her career, she drove strategic HR initiatives at Panduit Europe Ltd and Fiserv, delivering consultancy and support across diverse EMEA markets.

Thomas Steinborn, Chief Product Officer (CPO), will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-leading solutions. With over two decades of experience building and scaling products globally, he has held senior positions such as SVP of Products at DataOps.live and Chief Product Officer at Infoniqa in the DACH region. Prior to that, he was VP of Products at Talend, a leading provider of data integration, integrity, and governance solutions.
